- Identify and organize university, state and regional teams focused on developing joint, large-scale research projects and proposals
Develop, Strengthen, and Review Proposals
- Proposal strengthening: assessing proposal development needs, recruiting external experts and providing "hands on" proposal review and polishing
- Organize and run site visit and "dress rehearsals" for clients in major centers competitions and recruit needed advisory and educational personnel.
Strategic Research Workshops
- Work with clients to conceptualize, organize and implement a workshop related to their strategic goals for enhancing research competitiveness of targeted research areas
