The Managing Member and all Affiliated Consultants have in-depth experience in forming, directing, managing and selecting successful projects. They also draw on their wide contacts to recruit additional area-specific external experts on a case-by-case basis to respond to client needs.

Mel Ciment is also the Principal Investigator for a NSF-sponsored project, Assistance Strategies for Centers Development (ASCEND) that works collaboratively with researchers, universities and jurisdictions in the EPSCoR (Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research) community to develop and implement effective research and education development strategies aimed at increasing competitiveness for federal research centers and other large-scale projects.
